Cookies and tracking

No third party is contacted until you choose. We do keep our own count of pages opened and forms started, which sets no cookie and keeps no name, address or account — just enough to tell two visits apart on one day, and meaningless the next. That is why it is not one of the switches below. Everything that would hand data to somebody else is. You can change your answer at any time from the link in our privacy notice.

Choose what to allow

Loads Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and tells Google the address of the pages you open here. It is how we see which pages people actually read.

Loads advertising tags from Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. They set their own cookies in your browser and receive the address of the pages you open here, which is how we tell which advertisement brought you.

Three things worth knowing first

  • Pick a role and you are in. No sign-up and no password. Enter as a super admin, an event admin, a registration manager or a check-in operator, and swap between them whenever you like — the point is to see how much each one can actually do.
  • It is shared, and it resets every night. Everyone is in the same copy, so somebody else may be editing what you are looking at, and anyone can rebuild it from the button in the banner. Everything returns to a known state at 01:30 IST daily. Please invent your delegates rather than pasting a real member list in.
  • Nothing is delivered to anybody. Send the approval email, fire the reminder, watch the queue drain — but no message leaves the building. That is enforced in the code rather than by asking nicely, which is also why the demo cannot be used to run a real event. Sending for real means an event’s own sender identity, and WhatsApp templates Meta has approved for it: part of onboarding, not something a demo can hand you.
